- resistenza allo stress
- atteggiamento positivo e buone capacità di comunicazione
- capacità di anticipare e risolvere eventuali problemi e/o reclami
- impegno a fornire un elevato livello di servizio al cliente
- buona organizzazione e flessibilità
- buon grooming
- buona capacità di lavoro in gruppo
- italiano madrelingua o ottimo, inglese fluente

**Requisiti preferenziali**:

- conoscenza del gestionale Opera
- esperienze in catene internazionali

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato, Tempo indeterminato
