FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
LEDISO Italia, azienda del gruppo Demant, rappresenta l’intera divisione di diagnostica audiologica e vestibolare del gruppo, gestendone in esclusiva su tutto il territorio italiano i marchi Interacoustics, MAICO Diagnostics, Audioscan, Amplivox, MedRx. accessori, consumabili e monouso dedicati alla strumentazione di ogni marchio
RUOLO
- Si occupa della gestione dei clienti (Ospedali, Cliniche Private, Ambulatori, Studi privati, Farmacie, Centri Audioprotesici, ecc.) garantendo lo sviluppo tecnico attraverso la proposta di prodotti e servizi.
- Offre assistenza e supporto tecnico ai clienti e si occupa della manutenzione degli strumenti dei Brand che l’azienda distribuisce sia da remoto che soprattutto sul campo.
- Installa, calibra o ripara la strumentazione del cliente.
- Rappresenta professionalmente l'azienda presso il cliente.
- In linea con le direttive aziendali gestisce in autonomia le attività da intraprendere ai fini del raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati.
- Sono necessarie trasferte presso tutte le regioni del Sud Italia (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria e Sicilia)
- Mantiene le relazioni tecnico/commerciali di lungo termine per massimizzare le opportunità di vendita dell’area e analizza il potenziale della clientela e del territorio assegnato
- Si mantiene aggiornato su prodotti e servizi della concorrenza
- Si interfaccia con i colleghi di sede e con i distributori in loco al fine di coordinare le attività destinate alla propria clientela
- Analizza i bisogni del cliente per proporre opportune soluzioni di prodotto/servizio
- Risolve eventuali situazioni conflittuali sul territorio
- Presidia la clientela programmando le visite e le attività di service in funzione della clusterizzazione aziendale
- Mantiene un costante canale di informazione con la sede mediante gli strumenti di comunicazione aziendali (Plan&
Review/ Reports / Teams meetings / Call) sui risultati, le attività e la programmazione.
- Coadiuva con il responsabile service per aumentare i contratti di service.

COMPETENZE
- Titolo di Studio:
Perito elettrotecnico con conoscenza nell’ambito audiologico e vestibolare oppure Diploma conseguito presso ITS Biomedicale
- Gradita esperienza anche mínima nel settore audiologico e vestibolare
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Competenze analitiche e di problem solving.
- Orientato al conseguimento dei risultati
- Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di ascolto
- Elevato livello organizzativo e di analisi
- Capacità di gestione del tempo per priorità
- Orientamento al cliente con un approccio win-win
- Attitudine al lavoro di team
