**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
UX researcher’s mission is to be the voice of users in the company. Their goal is making sure the solutions we deliver solve the customers’ problems while meeting commercial goals.

The main tasks include planning, gathering, and analyzing insights about users through new studies and secondary research.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:
Responsibilities include the management, execution, and analysis of usability sessions, along with the creation of a UX Research roadmap for continuous improvement.
- Research toolkit creation: build and develop a research toolkit that extends across all levels of complexity.
- Networking: successfully partner with other research teams across the organization
- Point of contact: become a trusted, strategic partner to product stakeholders by communicating and demonstrating the value of user research, and by delivering insights that lead to demonstrable business value
- Communication: excellent communication skills both in Italian and English are mandatory.

**NETWORK OF INTERACTION**:
**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- Proven experience on conducting user testing with thinking aloud methodology is a must
- Experience in creating and analyzing surveys is important
- while experience working in ecommerce teams is recommended.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
Educational Background: background can vary, but it’s usually related to the UX Design field and Psychology.
