**Sustainibility and Energy Internship**:

In this role you will work to support the Sustainability team with particular focus on the energy aspects. This team define the strategies to reach the HSE & Sustainable targets. You will be a support person for topics such as environmental, health and energy efficiency.

**This position reports to**:
Production Engineering Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contribute to improving Environmental and energy performance with the Energy transition to zero target
- Support product certifications regarding sustainability aspects. Support the Implementation of measures within the scope of certification according to ISO 50001; fulfilment of the documentation obligations of ISO 50.001 and 14.001 for the Sustainability department.
- Support product certifications regarding sustainability aspects.
- Help to lead behavioral change and continuous improvement competence initiatives.
- Support the departments on waste disposal issues.
- Control and management of Utilities consumptions in line with the company's policies
- Document management (technical and administrative)
- Prepare and create documentation for reporting on implemented sustainability projects for internal and external communication purposes.
- Collect, analyze and report on Environmental and Energy performance,
- Development of processes and procedures in the areas of sustainability in coordination with management representatives.
- Identify and develop projects with the aim of reducing energy costs / waste by minimizing environmental effects.
- Support the team also to control and optimize the Maintenance aspect of the Facility and production lines.
- Identify potential hazards and risks in the competence area and propose corrective measures.

**Your background**:

- Degree in engineering (Environmental, Energy or equivalent);
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, energy efficiency, DIN ISO 50001 - energy management system;
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluent English and Italian;
- A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and oral communication skills.
