Throughout your off-cycle internship, you will have the privilege of learning from seasoned professionals, immersing yourself in the organisational culture, and actively participating in substantial projects. **Who we're looking for**

To be considered for this programme, you must be in your penultimate or final year of your degree, in any area. Language requirements: fluent in English and Italian.

Ideally you'll have a keen interest in business and finance and an a curiosity to learn. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, all of which might be showcased through your involvement in extracurricular activities.
