**Job Description**:
As part of the development of its activities, Sia Partners wishes to recruit a **VIE Management Consulting for its offices in Rome and Milan**.

**As a VIE, you will have two types of mission**:

- As a consultant: operational interventions with clients in business transformation projects,
- As an analyst: expertise studies and benchmarks carried out on our areas of expertise within the framework of knowledge centres or on behalf of clients.

**Managed by experienced consultants, you will be working on the following themes**:

- Organizational and process transformation in banking and insurance, as well as regulatory compliance (internal controls, operational risks, circular no. 263, MIFID 2, SEPA, FATCA, IDD...)
- Transformation of the IT function (sourcing models, Software Asset Management, Lean IT, reduction of complexity...)
- HR Process and HR Information Systems (HRIS): project management and operational implementation
- Data Asset Management: Data Governance, Data Protection (GDPR), Data Quality
- Risk Management in Insurance (Solvency II), Actuarial Science

You will also contribute to our policy of publishing articles for our blogs and for the press.

**Qualifications**:
Graduated from an engineering or business school, you have a first experience (internship or first job) in consulting or with major players in the sector.

You have a first experience (including internships) in the Financial Services, Personal Data Protection or HR sectors, if possible related to professions close to management and technology consulting.

You know how to work in a team, open-minded, analytical, and you wish to get involved and quickly take responsibility for high value-added missions within a dynamic structure.

**Spoken languages**:Fluent Italian and English are required**.

Additional Information

Payment: in accordance with the Business France scale + Going and Return transport.
- The departure for the mission is no later than the day of your 29th birthday. Beyond this date, no exemption is granted.
- You must have a French or European nationality (a national of a member state of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 member states of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein) or Monegasque. As the proposed VIE is based in Italy, **Italian citizens are not eligible for this position**, in accordance with the provisions of Business France.
- You must be in good standing with the national service obligations of the country of which you are a national.
- You must have full civil rights and a clear criminal record.
