Project Manager

FREE NOW is in the process of centralizing its Operations and Business Functions, in order to maximize our efficiency and alignment between Central and Local Teams. Therefore, we're looking for a new **Project Manager - Supply Lifecycle**.**

As **Project Manager - Supply Lifecycle** you will be responsible for monitoring supply lifecycle funnel, identify funnel issues & participate in providing new solutions

**Your responsibilities**
- Monitoring of driver lifecycle funnel on daily basis across all markets
- Identify driver lifecycle issues across all markets
- Understand benchmark compared to competitors (w/ ops competitive intelligence)
- Participate in ideation of solutions to identified funnel issues
- Collaborate with other Supply Lifecycle Project Manager by monitoring efficiency of solutions tested (w/ participation of Ops Analytics)

**Your profile**
- You are able to manage several projects and activities at the same time, according to the objectives defined each quarter.
- You are self-confident and you have strong interpersonal skills that allow to manage successfully cross functional projects.
- You are customer oriented, being able to understand the needs and requirements of the different central/local teams, defining specific plans that allow you to analyze, recommend and generate actionable insights that foster problem solving and decision making.
- You are process oriented and you are always looking to understand how performance and activities can be improved.
- You have the experience and the capability to anticipate risks, unblock roadblocks and rally different stakeholders into action.
- You are self-motivated and you have a strong desire for new challenges within a growth stage company; happy dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty inherent in growing a business
- You are an excellent communicator and you have great presentation skills, who can convey the detailed aspects of complex processes and requirements in a clear, concise and engaging way.
- You speak fluent English.
