The Role We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our fast growing Italian Marketing team at MioDottore As a Content Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for strategically developing effective content that can help our marketing campaign (cross channel) reach their goals. As a thought-leader, you will be responsible for understanding major industry trends, both within the healthcare ecosystem and content marketing, MioDottore’s business priorities and overall marketing objectives to execute dynamic content strategies. **Responsibilities**: - Develop highly effective content, which is constantly evolving following the industry trends, as well as being constantly optimized towards specific KPIs - Collaborate and partner with other members of the team to develop and execute content strategies for specific segments and campaigns, and optimize content strategies across marketing channels. - Work closely with the design team to develop highly visual storytelling and cohesive UX across all content. - Leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and content curation. - Consistently communicate results with the greater team. - Recommend optimizations or innovations to current content mix. - Identify and experiment with emerging technologies and new content tactics (including content partnerships, earned media, influencer marketing, podcasts) to continue expanding our content toolkit. **Winning Factors**: - Focus on “getting things done” in a fast-moving and very challenging environment - Ability to constantly collaborate with other departments at local and Global level to achieve your goal. - A strong ability to juggle with numbers, forecasts, reporting and eventual legal aspects of the role - Agile thinking **Requirements**: **Essential Skills and Experience**: - 2 years+ experience, matured within a sales B2B contest - Proven Ability to - work collaboratively in a team environment at all level in the organization - communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in written - understand business demands and constraints - use BI tools and reporting tools - predict trend and try to know more from data - Knowledge of CRM systems and principles (SalesForce and Hubspot as a plus) - Fluency in English language, written and speaking. - Passion for content marketing **Benefits**: - A target-based bonus, calculated on the salary and the % of goals achievement - An attractive stock option plan - An international environment and, as a consequence, the chance to work with other smart CX specialists from our offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Curitiba (Brazil) and Mexico City - Growth opportunities with the Company
