**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Collaborates with **Head of Sales**, agree and implement sales strategies to increase market share for **MOM business activities**, achieved through the acquisition of new customers and the retention and development of existing accounts, providing both technical and commercial support with assistance from internal & external business partners.

**YOUR JOB - What would be your responsibilities?**
- Analyze target market potential and the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the business
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Provides quarterly results assessments for accountable sales activities.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s solutions portfolio.
- Ensure is up to date with most recent functionality proposition for the assigned solution portfolio
- Develops and maintains the MOM Business Development plan
- Coordinates sales effort(s) with our business development team
- Maintaining the company’s CRM database on an ongoing basis as the backbone for good organization, planning, and communication
- Provides quarterly results assessments for accountable sales activities.

- Analyze target market potential and the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the business.
- Maintaining & developing our existing accounts with a view to increasing repeat business.
- Assisting with bid creation and management in line with customers’ expectations.

**YOUR PROFILE - Qualifications**
- Fluent in **Italian and English** is essential for this position
- A knowledge of Manufacturing, IT/Automation system would be beneficial in this position.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The successful applicant will prove themselves to be an exceptional communicator, and negotiator, demonstrating confidence, credibility and passion as well as excellent relationship building skills.
- A willingness to travel and possession of current driving licence is essential in this position.
