Per azienda cliente, leader nel settore della Cosmetica di Lusso, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Visual Merchandiser Manager basato su Milano

**Responsibilities**

La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Responsible for the implementation of all new Store Design counters and Visual merchandising projects in Spain, according to the global guidelines.

- Full project management cycle of permanent SD projects: steering of the projects from briefing within Syreta to installation, ensuring timely installations and within the budget plan.

- Coordinate efficient communication with external stakeholders, retailers and internal design teams.

- Follow-up on progress of the projects. Support project installation and training of the teams at POS. Elaborate final and maintenance reports.

- Drive and ensure the reporting of SDVM projects to Affiliate and Regional Teams.

- Responsible for implementing the Regional VM strategy in the Italian market.

- Manage outposts from regional approval, local construction to installation.

- Responsible for ordering and supervise installation of all launches and activation collaterals for NSD design.

- Support the monthly budget reconciliation (cost control) and manage own SD/VM accounts.

- Events: all installations for events (internal & external) are steered by the SD/VM Manager from briefing to execution.

- Responsible for all SD/VM communication with Regional teams as well as delivering any internal presentations of SD/VM topics.

**Your Profile**

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti (inserire hard skills):

- Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/ Architecture/Interior Design

- 3-5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising and/or store design within the luxury goods industry. Knowledge of the retail cosmetic industry is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally

- Excellent Project Management skills

- Hands-on person with proactive attitude

- Team player

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

- Fluent in English

- Willingness to travel
