**Your mission**

We're looking for an enthusiastic **Junior Recruiter** to join our team.
You will be reporting to our **Talent Acquisition Lead** and will be in charge of the following:

- Screening CVs to find the most fitting talents;
- Conducting screening calls and interviews;
- Taking introductory calls with Hiring Managers to get role requirements;
- Drafting job descriptions and setting up recruitment automations.

**Requirements**:

- Being fully available for 40 hours per week and able to sign an internship agreement;
- Full professional proficiency in English;
- Attention to the details and ability to keep high-quality standards;
- Flexibility and willingness to learn how to work in a structured environment;
- Being unafraid to ask for help and support when needed;
- Being Self-directed and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Added values**
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Previous experience working with ATSs;
- Full professional proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French;
- Interest in the Tech environment;
**Location**

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world. At the same time in case you prefer to work from an office, at your disposal you have our Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices, to allow you to follow a hybrid work model.
