**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an Industrial Operations Result Delivery Office (RDO) Manager who will report to the Program Director. In this position you will support the Program Director in coordinating projects' operational activities.

**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, the RDO planning manager will support the Program Director and the RDO team in the projects operational work (e.g., agenda, pushing for respecting timing, coordinating streams, meeting report, etc.).

Moreover, the RDO planning manager will support in coordinating project streams of responsibilities, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of different project phases, respecting budget, time, and quality requirements. The RDO planning manager will involve and provide updates to the RDO members and all relevant stakeholders.

In terms of project planning, the RDO planning manager will develop project operating plan according to project scope, objectives, and approach, defining activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams highlighting milestones and deliverables. In addition, the RDO planning manager will discuss project plans and update the RDO accordingly.

In relation to Project Development, the RDO planning manager will cascade the project plan for the different initiative to initiatives leaders while the RDO planning manager will coordinate the project initiatives, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases. In addition, the RDO planning manager will ensure the implementation of projects according to project plan involving matter experts when necessary. In this phase, the RDO planning manager will support the implementation of best practices sharing these throughout the different streams and teams, facilitating thus the required change management while moving from project to process.

With regards to Project Monitoring, the RDO planning manager will monitor the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings, checking project objectives' feasibility and providing recommendations of proper actions to be taken to tackle project issues. In relation, the RDO planning manager will provide periodical consolidated information to the project leader.

In Project Accounting the RDO planning manager will support the RDO team for collecting information on project costs and benefits. the RDO planning manager will provide information on the monthly consolidation vs budget/forecast/plans, giving visibility to all stakeholders involved.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Project Management Office teams gained in Pharma/Life Science Industry and/or in consulting companies.
- Strong planning and project management skills in complex projects with multiple streams in multinational and complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point).
- Change Management Knowledge
- Fluent in English, strong communication, influencing and organizational skills.
- Being flexible and dealing with a dynamic working environment and embedding new knowledge and skills in existing competencies will help you to become a high performer.
- Self-motivated, proactive, goal oriented, with strong problem-solving and stress management skills
