**Team lead**
La figura che verrà inserita nell'ufficio di Milano e supporterà la gestione e il monitoraggio dei trasporti per garantire il rispetto degli standard di servizio, ricoprirà sia una parte operativa che una parte gestionale, dove dovrà occuparsi di gestire un team di circa 10 persone.
Che cosa farai?
- Gestirai un team di 10 persone, coordinandoli e supportandoli;
- identificare e monitorare i viaggi,
- Coordinarti con i fornitori esterni (trasportatori) per l'organizzazione delle attività giornaliere
- Monitorare e comunicare ritardi o problematiche.
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza e conoscenza del mondo trasporti si almeno 4/5 anni;
- Esperienza nella gestione di un team di almeno 1 anno;
- Conoscenza delle regole vigenti in materia di orari di guida e di riposo degli autisti;
- Buone doti gestionali e organizzative;
- Buona Conoscenza dell'inglese.
