**ECommerce Cloud Project Manager - 1 Year Contract based in Milan**

You are an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in a rapidly changing environment. You are positive, reliable, self-motivated, and a team player. What You’ll Do:
Manage large and diverse teams across geographies

Plan and execute large multi-locale, multilingual, multi-currency B2C sites

Managing projects shifting e-commerce platform to cloud using the latest technologies

Coordinating with customer teams and internal teams with excellent business communication skills

Liaise with Vendor executive management for escalation, issue resolution

Ensure project deadlines are met and take appropriate corrective and preventive measures

Create Project Plans, Budget, Project Charters and track them till closure

Analyse and own the risk mitigation plan

Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, provide review feedback, strong negotiation skills needed

Conduct project reviews and create detailed status reports for executive management

Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary

You’ll Need to Have:
Senior Project Manager with 5+ years of experience

2+ years in an enterprise commerce cloud platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud, EPiServer Commerce Cloud etc.,)

Extensive vendor management experience, working with offshore teams

We’d Love to See:
SFCC (B2C / B2B) experience

Experience managing end to end multiple SFCC Projects

Strong eCommerce domain knowledge and understanding the SFCC ecosystem

Online tools knowledge such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Tools

Experienced in Agile/ Scrum development and delivery methodology
