Department Planner

We are looking for fresh graduates and junior professionals to join the Engineering Operations HQ fo **Stevanato Group** in Piombino Dese (Padova) with the role of **Department Planners **for the following areas:

- Vision Department
- Technical Department
- Operations Department

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate all live projects within the dedicated Business Unit
- Co-ordinate technical operating instructions between customer, technical department team for live tasks
- Allocate resources and tools for the assigned tasks according to identified priorities
- Schedule alignment meeting with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor resource status to ensure availability and capability is matched to business requirements
- Keep track of project status with constantly up to date analysis and reports
- Monitor project activities workflow at all times and identify potential issues with project timeline so preventing delays in respecting deadlines

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Master Degree in Engineering (Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering..)
- IT literate and comfortable using IT systems and tools for the planning and scheduling of tasks and resources.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of LEAN principles and methodologies
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Project Management
- 1-3 years of experience in planning activities and tasks in a dynamic environment (preferably)

**Essential criteria**:

- Strong interest in project management, change management, continuous improvement and lean principles
- Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- Customer focus and ability to work in a changing environment
- Negotiation and goal orientation
