In this role, the Engineering & Technology Director will develop and deliver an Artificial Intelligence Capability vision & strategy to build technology competitive advantage.

You will lead, inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology product vision and adoption.

As Engineering & Technology Director - AI, you will be responsible for:

- Partnering with business and IT communities to develop and deliver innovative products and services solutions leveraging AI, automation and Industry 4.0 disciplines.
- Being transformational change agent for innovation by benchmarking with other industrial segments such as automotive, aerospace, energy, healthcare and open to external technology collaboration
- Ensuring positive impact on inventory optimization, fast defects recognition, information/documentation management, scheduling optimization, business intelligence
- Leading AI technology product ownership, development, integration, customer experience, return on investment and benefit realization
- Driving the strategy for a set of platform services that enable the building of virtual representations of physical energy technology assets, data services, analytics, asset services, asset models, and concepts like the digital workbench
- Driving internal and external research in the field
- Providing coaching and development to a team of direct reports and broad team of indirect reports to continue to develop critical skills in the organization
- Providing thought leadership and input for new capabilities that leverage internal and external technology insight
