Pastry Chef per Hotel 5 stelle in Costiera Amalfitana (#8825)
Si Richiede:
- Esperienze pregresse nel ruolo in Hotel 4 e 5 stelle di almeno quattro anno.
- Gestione di un team 3 persone.
- Capacità di leadership e di gestione di un team.
- Passione per la pasticceria.
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Forti capacità di team leader e di motivazione al proprio team.
- Gestisce le attività del reparto.
- Formazione del personale in tutti gli aspetti tecnici e non tecnici
Requisiti:
- Ottime capacità comunicative italiano;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese,
- Ottima padronanza del budget, food cost e report finanziari.
- Persona altamente organizzata con forti capacità di pianificazione
