We are supporting an
- **Italian Company - part of an International Group** - hiring a best-in-class
- **Brand Manager** to work in a hybrid mode being based in Milan. Our client is a well-known Company
- **producing and selling** products within
- **Food and Beverage**, with great products' visibility and
- **strong brands' awareness**.**What's the role' scope?**
As Brand Manager
- **you will proactively contribute to draw the Brand Strategy **within the Company’s brands’ portfolio, then
- **drafting and implementing marketing plans for managed categories. **Being pillar to the Marketing Team and reporting to a Marketing Manager,
- **this role grants possibility to truly act on all the marketing leverages - making things happen**

**What responsibilities will you have?**
- Contribute to Brand Strategy’s definition, then drafting and implementing your products’ Marketing Plan;
- Proactively support Category’s growth through innovation with R&D and Production;
- Recognize business opportunities by interpretating consumers’ behaviours and related sell-out or ad-hoc analysis;
- Contribute to Communications Plans - ATL/BTL - definition, by interacting with dedicated agencies;
- Contribute to Social Media Strategy definition, supporting company’s Digital Manager;
- Manage your own categories’ marketing budget;

**If you have...**
- 4+ years of experience within **Marketing teams;**:

- at least 24m of **Brand Management experience**;
- experienced** Marketing launches and campaigns, supporting all involved functions;**:

- good international exposure and then a **strong English;**

**and you are...**
- a **strong communicator**, with **great empathy**;
- a Team Player with great drive;
- **eager for a new challenge**
