**We are currently looking for a talented Reservations Agent to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence**

**The Role of Reservations Agent**

Front Desk or Reservations experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for delivering personalized service, strong customer service attitude with excellent phone skills and ability to multitask.
