**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced IT Desktop / End User Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first
- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

**Troubleshoot**hardware, software, and network issues for end users (including **BSOD**and system crashes).

Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords in **Active Directory.**

Provide remote support for users via VPN and remote desktop tools.

Manage and deploy devices using **Microsoft Intune** and **SCCM**(System Center Configuration Manager).

Support and manage device encryption and recovery using **BitLocker.**

Prioritize, track, and resolve P1 and P2 tickets within agreed **SLA timelines.**

Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.

Document incidents, resolutions, and user guides in the IT knowledge base.

Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in desktop/end-user support or helpdesk roles.

**Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, SCCM, BitLocker, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).**

Experience handling P1/P2 incidents and working under defined SLA conditions.

**Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar).**

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.

**Preferred Skills**:
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
