**Summary**:
The Pilot Plant Supply Chain Lead is responsible that all site related supply chain aspects are managed and executed ensuring compliance with all GxP standards, internal and global procedures, ensuring site efficiency, reliability, flexibility. She/He will be responsible for the team managing warehouse & logistics processes, as well as Drug Product delivery, material availability and procurement process.

**About the Role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Pilot Plant supply chain sub-department, managing related team.
- Ensure material supply process is planned and managed to ensure timely material availability for production and laboratory activities
- Manage all SAP (S/4HANA) processes related to material flows, warehouse and logistics
- Ensuring safe, efficient and compliant GMP and non-GMP warehouse management, for both external and internal instances.
- Manage production day-by-day planning in accordance with long-term production planning and plant capacity, supporting and contributing to local and global strategic and tactical planning
- Act as Pilot Plant first interface with TRD Global Clinical Supply for material and clinical supply demand management.
- Support and lead new systems implementation (e.g. new ERP) on site for what concern the area of responsibility.
- Build and maintain Pilot Plant critical knowledge on Supply Chain processes.
- Support global functions to ensure drug product delivery to clinical sites is executed with maximal efficiency and reliability.
- Manage critical internal/external partners for logistics, warehouse and shipments, in compliance with all HSE and quality standards.
- Contribute to Pilot Plant operationalization and continuous improvement, in particular for what concerns all Supply Chain related workstreams.
- Draft, review and/or approve SOPs and work instructions related to warehouse management, material flows, drug product delivery and logistics.
- Manage procurement processes for the Pilot Plant.
- Create, manage and present specific reports and metrics for Pilot Plant supply chain processes.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Timely and efficient implementation of supply chain processes for Pilot Plant
- Efficient management of production planning to ensure optimization of demand vs capacity
- Efficient management of material and warehouse logistics with zero impact on batch production and planning
- Efficient management of finished product shipment to clinical centers in terms of doses delivered vs doses requested and delay in delivery in respect to date and time of request
- Timely completion of assigned projects and project milestones.

**Essential requirements**:

- Degree in engineering (industrial field), economy, supply chain management, pharmacy, or equivalent
- Proficient in italian and english
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in highly regulated environment (within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred).
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Knowledge and experience working in ERP systems (mandatory SAP) - Knowledge of nuclear medicine industry is preferable
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity principles - Demonstrated proficiency with the following software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Share Point. Experience with data analytics software such as Minitab or Power BI is preferable.
