**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.)
- Less than 18 months of professional experience
- Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
- Innate aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal drive and result orientation.
