Engagement & Internal Communications Intern

YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is the world leader in online luxury and fashion that comprises a complete luxury retail ecosystem. To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Finance, Human Resources, Security, Legal and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Engagement & Internal Communications Intern to join the Engagement and Communication team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Remote until it’s safe to return to the office, then our office in Milan

Department Size: 3-4 (Approx.)

Reporting into: Head of Engagement and Internal Communication

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

Support the Group Internal Communications Team to deliver the internal communications strategy.
- have regular connection with the HR, Sustainability & Inclusion, Insight, Tech, Operations and Luxury and Fashion brands teams in our Divisions and Corporate Functions.
- Work with the team to prepare assets to support delivery of strategic internal communications - including newsletters, presentations, videos, blogs, photography, infographics and podcasts
- Support with the translation of internal communications
- Support with the creation and execution of digital and physical events
- Support with the management of the Workplace community, including metrics and data reporting
- Help monitor of the Group’s internal platforms and their strategic development
- Be responsible for updating and maintaining tools that support the delivery of communications activities, including calendars and templates

The type of person we are looking for:

- Degree level education or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Great understanding of social media platforms and their engagement dynamics
- Interpersonal skills

- Proactive nature, with an interest to learn about the business and build relationships
