**Baia Holiday, **società operante nel settore del turismo open air che gestisce con successo diverse strutture di tipo camping village 4/5 stelle, selezione per la proprio struttura sita a **Roma **in zona **Ostia antica** una risorsa come **Capo ricevimento.**

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del coordinatore del village, si occuperà di:

- Gestione del team della reception.
- Supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane del front-office.
- Gestione delle prenotazioni.
- Risolvere eventuali problemi o reclami degli ospiti.
- Supporto al coordinatore in un'ottica di garantire una gestione efficiente delle risorse e una soddisfazione complessiva del cliente.

Requisiti fondamentali:

- esperienza pregressa nella mansione in contesti ricettivi
- disponibilità e flessibilità oraria
- conoscenza della lingua inglese
- buone doti comunicative e organizzative

Si offre: contratto a stagionalità lunga con prospettiva di stabilizzazione, retribuzione da concordare in base al ruolo e all'esperienza, possibilità di alloggio.
