Uvet Pharma and Healthcare, Business Unit del gruppo Uvet focalizzata nel fornire un servizio a 360 gradi in ambito Eventi/Congressi per tutte le necessità dell’universo farmaceutico, è alla ricerca della figura Operations and Planning da inserire presso i nostri uffici di Roma.

**Mansioni**
- Scouting location e negoziazione migliore tariffa
- Preparazione offerta al cliente e gestione del contratto fornitore
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
- Gestione operativa degli eventi per diverse tipologie
- Consuntivazione
- Presenza on site - disponibilità a viaggiare
- Competenze farmaindustria e codici pharma
- Gestione Ospiti

**Requisiti**
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office
- Esperienza 2/3 Anni in Eventi Pharma
- Inglese Fluente
- Ottime capacità di team working
- Precisione, accuratezza e attenzione al dettaglio
- Capacità di problem solving

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento:

- Roma, Lazio: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Preferenziale)

Istruzione:

- Laurea triennale (Preferenziale)

Esperienza:

- project manager: 1 anno (Preferenziale)
