Activities:

- Running comprehensive electrical characterization in Micron Vimercate labs of Cell array from Micron devices, including speed and reliability tests (cycling, retention, operative temperature,..) vs specifications.
- Developing physical models to explain experimental data.

Suitable as thesis for Electronic engineering Master degree

**Requirements**:

- Electronic engineer (or similar) student at last year of master degree
- Theoretical background on semiconductor components

Attitude to team work, experimental analysis and modeling
