For one of the most awaited new openings in Diesel Italian network - **Venezia Piazza San Marco Diesel Store** - we are now recruiting the **Assistant Store Manager.**

Located in the heart of this iconic city, the new Store will offer a unique shopping experience in one of the most exclusive shopping streets, fulfilling the desires of all fashion enthusiasts and brand lovers.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment
- Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives
- Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes
- Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment
- Empower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spirit
- Build and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environment
- Confidence and proven track record in team management
- Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Previous experience in managing complex store operations
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
- Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
- Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage

Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered as a plus
