**Your responsibilities**:

- You will set up and take to completion a project related to operating activities, best practices, manufacturing procedures of Service Workshop - rotating electrical machines - in order to make them available in a smart way to Operations. In addition, will follow the actions deriving from same audit till completion.
- You will support opening and coordination of Continuous Improvement projects. More specifically, will cooperate in the scheduling and actively follow up a series of activities of Continuous Improvement in production workshop, e.g. Kaizen events and 5S activities.
- You will also support Quality Team in management of Product Quality (internal Non-Conformities, suppliers’ qualification).

**Your background**:

- Student in Mechanical, Management, Electrical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Italian is mandatory and good knowledge of English is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile.
