**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

As the Quality Management System and Process Auditor responsible within the Silk-FAW Automotive Quality Body team you will be responsible in Quality for the QMS activities, including the activities as Process Auditor in the company.

As part of the Quality team, you will play a very important role inside the Q team and between the Q Body team and the rest of the Company department. You will be part of this working group, collaborating with the various persons and leading the activities of Q in order to achieve the defined goal of the department and of the Company

The individual tasks will include to:

- Wide range of knowledge of Quality department general processes
- Create/update and maintain the QMS in accordance with the corresponding regulations, to the ISO Standard, the guideline and to the procedure of Q department
- Responsible and supervisor for the transformation from evaluation of NON conformity (highlighted during the Audit Process/evaluation) in corrective and preventive actions
- Preparation of documents to transfer to the personnel company the skills related to the management of a quality system, with clear goal to guarantee the conformity of the product respecting the specification and current norms
- Continuously monitoring of fixed Q target of Quality department
- Organize the procedure and the official training of the ISO process for the internal department
- Due to the company guideline and the official procedure, he/she has to manage the activities of calibration of all the tools/instrument and process validation
- Take part to the Audit as a customer, Audit as certification department (ISO 9001, etc.) and do officially some Internal Company Audit (process) and, in some cases, Audit to the external supplier
- Daily support the operative activities with target to guarantee the compliance the regulatory and customer requirements
- Manage autonomously the documentation and the paper and digital archive
- Continuously improvement and optimization of the process and procedure for the control of Quality System (KPI, etc.), organize and make the statistical analysis and check the right evolution of the processes
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- In general is preferable if he/she has a general knowledge about Q processes, he/she has to know about the Management of Quality System, needs to have a general competence in process analysis, know how about procedure and way of control/monitoring and know how about Quality standard and regulation
- Important to have the management skills and attention to details, very good autonomy, problem solving approach and important communication skills to manage relationships with customers, suppliers and external agencies.
- Required to have the ability to work in team, the QMS specialist has to fit into the team of the quality system and prepared to work for target.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, social and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the automotive industry and/or technology desirable but not essential
- Highly motivate
- Pro-active, self-organised and able to work independently
- Methodical approach with attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required
