Azienda in Lainate con esperienza trentennale nel settore termo-idraulico, ricerca n. 1 impiegato/a back office da inserire nel proprio organico. Si richiede esperienza nella mansione e nel settore, e si occuperà di:

- gestione chiamate inbound, mail e smistamento chiamate
- creazione commesse e note intervento con ns. gestionale
- emissione documenti di trasporto
- stesura ordini di ricambi
- varie attività di segreteria

A completamento del profilo sono indispensabili lo spirito d'iniziativa, la capacità organizzativa, facilità nel trattare con le persone, affidabilità, abilità comunicativa, e predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo, la bravura nel problem solving.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:

- Tredicesima

Esperienza:

- impiegato/a back office commerciale: 3 anni (Obbligatorio)

Lingua:
