Valentino is looking for an HR Capabilities & Systems Intern based in Milan.

The resource will be included in the HR Capabilities & Systems department and will support the team in the digital adoption development within Valentino's HR Community worldwide, leveraging on the global HR Information Systems suite.

**Main activities/responsibilities**:
Support local and regional HR & IT key users to address and deliver global projects.
Support in training with the aim to provide the right digital capabilities to the HR Community.
Ensure HR systems evolution and consistency through reporting, data quality, and organisational structure management.

**Requirements**:
Graduated in Engineering or Economics with interest in HR processes and data management.
Fluent English required.
Proficiency with Office365 package.
Knowledge in HR processes and systems is preferred.
Proactivity, flexibility, and good communication skills to support the HR community worldwide.
