运营管理培训生 招聘人数: 3名 工作地点 主要在意大利米兰（根据业务安排轮岗至门店及办公室），培训期间需前往中国总部学习。 岗位职责 参与Miniso意大利门店及运营管理工作； 协助区域经理、店长开展销售、库存管理及陈列优化； 参与销售数据分析、市场活动执行及运营效率提升； 轮岗学习门店运营、仓储物流、市场活动执行、人事与行政支持； 完成公司制定的阶段性培训与学习计划（含中国国内培训）。 任职要求： 学历背景 本科及以上学历；硕士或知名高校毕业生优先。 专业背景 工商管理、国际贸易、市场营销、语言、商业分析等相关专业。 语言能力 中英文流利；掌握意大利语者优先。 核心素质与能力 具备良好的计划与组织能力、沟通协调能力、学习与分析能力； 思维清晰，有责任心，能适应多任务与快节奏环境； 主动积极、执行力强、结果导向。 个性与价值观 简单、阳光、正直，认同名创优品文化； 抗压性强，敢于挑战，追求卓越。 居留要求：须具备可签署全职合同的有效居留（工作居留、长期居留或待业居留），或可参加全职实习；不接受兼职。 职位类型：全职 薪资： 每月€1,600.00起
