**Job Summary**:
Zimmer Biomet è una multinazionale statunitense la quale si occupa di sviluppo, produzione e commercializzazione di dispositivi per l'ortopedia e sistemi di osteosintesi per la colonna e la traumatologia. Il tirocinio proposto presso la Zimmer Biomet interesserà il settore delle Risorse Umane presso la sede legale di Milano.

Il tirocinante sarà responsabile dell’attività di supporto all’HR Manager.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
Il tirocinante avrà la possibilità di svolgere mansioni in diversi ambiti delle risorse umane, verrà affiancato nella conoscenza della struttura interna all'azienda sia locale che internazionale e approfondirà le tematiche legate al diritto del lavoro e alla gestione del personale.

Tra le mansioni, il tirocinante dovrà:

- Supportare la gestione dei progetti di riorganizzazione aziendale
- Affiancare l'HR Manager per Italia e Grecia nei diversi progetti legati alle aree di selezione, formazione del personale interno e sviluppo
- Supportare le attività di comunicazione interna (progetti, attività, informazioni operative). Il tirocinio sarà svolto in formula mista: un'alternanza di giorni in presenza e in smart working.

**Expected Areas of Competence**:

- Formazione Universitaria nelle Risorse Umane è un plus
- Livello di Inlese: minimo B2
- Essere una persona proattiva
- Buon utilizzo del PC e pacchetto Office
