MANAGER IN TRAINING - SETTORE GDO
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di supermercato di media metratura.
Si occuperà della supervisione degli addetti vendita, coordinando le attività in negozio e stabilendo obiettivi giornalieri.
Si occuperà inoltre del controllo, dell’organizzazione e della motivazione delle risorse;
inoltre gestirà le operazioni di cassa e della responsabile della movimentazione del denaro.
Sarà responsabile dello scarico e dell'allestimento della merce all'interno del punto vendita, secondo le linee guida aziendali.
Completano il profilo capacità di gestione del team, buona propensione ai rapporti interpersonali, capacità di problem solving, orientamento agli obiettivi ed un forte orientamento al cliente.

part time (20 - 24 - 27 - 30 ore)

IMOLA

a tempo determinato presso Azienda Cliente (con prospettiva di assunzione a tempo indeterminato).
