**About Us**:
CRA Group, including CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati, Maestro Technologies, and Makr Shakr, is seeking a talented Communication Officer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on enhancing our internal communication processes and managing communication across various digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, you’ll collaborate with teams across our companies to share exciting updates and achievements, both internally and externally.

**Your Role**:
As our Communication Officer, you will play a vital role in engaging and informing our diverse audience. You will need to be proactive, sensitive, and extroverted, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders’ interests and tailor messages for different audiences, including colleagues from varied cultural and geographic backgrounds, clients, and social media followers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Internal Communication: Manage internal communication processes, including newsletters, team events, and other communication tools.
- Team-Building: Organize team-building events both inside and outside the office to foster a strong company culture.
- Social Media: Support our social media strategy by writing copy and producing video or multimedia content.
- Editorial Projects: Assist the CRA Think team with editorial, communication, and consultancy projects.

**Requirements**:

- Education & Experience: A degree in the Arts and Humanities field, or at least 2 years of experience in communication or press office roles.
- Language Skills: Fluent in written English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex messages in a clear and engaging manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, MailChimp, and social media management tools.
- Soft Skills: Ability to manage stressful situations and multiple deadlines effectively, with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
