A local tour operator is looking for a Back Office Manager. (full time position)

The person we are looking for has to daily coordinate all aspects of scheduled activities of our tours and handle customer service.
- Handle clients payments and inform clients about the details concerning their bookings.
- Ensure the highest possible customer care satisfaction
- Arrange quick and effective problem solving in case of issues.
- Coordinate guides and assign them their monthly tours schedules.
- be available to combine front desk/ office work
- be responsible and punctual
- have a keen eye for details
- have a high sensibility for customer
- be flexible about working days and working hours
- have a high level of english
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Partita IVA

Disponibilità:

- Orario flessibile
Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento:

- Roma, Lazio: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Preferenziale)
Istruzione:

- Scuola Secondaria di II livello (Superiori) (Preferenziale)
Esperienza:

- addetto/a back office: 1 anno (Preferenziale)
