Il Team è alla ricerca di un/una Bar Manager che supervisioni e coordini il reparto.
**_ Principali Attività:_**- Assicurare la fornitura, l'allestimento e il servizio al bar
- Controllo delle condizioni di igiene e sicurezza
- Gestire e monitorare gli inventari mensili
- Contribuire alla fidelizzazione e allo sviluppo dei clienti
- Controllo di attrezzature, materiali e prodotti specifici
- Sviluppare e utilizzare le schede tecniche
- Preparare cocktail e bevande varie (adattandosi a richieste specifiche)
- Applicare le norme vigenti sul consumo di alcolici.
- Assicurare la fatturazione e l'incasso
**_Profilo_**- Dovrà possedere ottime attitudini ai rapporti personali e buone capacità comunicative
- 3+ anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile.
- Esperienza significativa nel mondo del lusso.
- Ottime capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti (Forte cultura aziendale e Atteggiamento propositivo)
- Esperienza all'estero fortemente desiderata
- Livello inglese ottimo
