Our Client is a leading and listed international Group; in order to strengthen their HR Department based in North-West of Italy, they're looking for a _**_Share Plan & Payroll Supervisor, _**_reporting to the Head of HR Administration Italia._
**Posizione**:
**_Main responsibilities_**_:_
- Overseeing the payroll processes and HR Administration activities
- Managing the payroll process for Executives and Top Managers, including related administrative tasks
- Managing administrative aspects of global equity plans (share-based compensation) and act as point of contact for beneficiaries and providers
- Providing updates on labour law changes and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders
**Requisiti**:
**_Requirements:_**
- Payroll competences, including the administrative management of share plans;
- Degree or Master degree on labour law / HR admin areas preferred;
- Strong knowledge of Corporate environments and rules;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
