In addition, the hotel has two versatile function rooms.

**About the job**

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Finance Department in Milan, the Finance intern is supporting the supplier accountant officer and cost controller. The Finance intern reports to the Director of Finance.

**As Finance intern, you will responsible for the following duties**:

- Management of the Suppliers form
- Printing and archiving of passive invoices
- Support in the management of purchase orders and bill handling to the relevant departments.
- Archiving of tax documents such as VAT registers and F24 templates.
- Knowledge of business procedures
- Assistance in the performance of daily tasks
- Administrative assistance
- Support of projects in the Finance department

- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Italian and English.
