The Team
The Marketing Coordinator will join our Marketing team in Milan on a one-year, part-time contract (25 hours per week). This role is a great opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry to support our commercial and marketing teams with essential administrative and project-based tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
Your work will be crucial in ensuring all our marketing campaigns, events, and materials are compliant and delivered on schedule. Working closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Support Marketing Activities: Assist in the activation of congresses and the management of promotional materials, ensuring all documentation is prepared and approved in a timely manner.- Manage Contracts & Orders: Coordinate and generate contracts and orders for third-party agencies and vendors.- Assist with Events: Provide administrative support for various marketing events.- Handle Administrative Tasks: Take on general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
What you’ll bring- Recognised under “Categorie Protetta”- Previous administrative / coordinator experience.- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.- Attention to detail for preparing documents, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external teams.- Competence with the MS Office suite.- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial but not essential.
