**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain relationships with travel agencies and loyal guests.
- Monitor contracts and assign rooms accordingly.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by maximizing room bookings and upselling additional services.
- Ensure all bookings are processed according to company standards, maintaining accurate records and guest information.
- Provide guests with information on services, amenities, and available promotions.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and experiences.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of LQA standards and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Italian and English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and service-oriented approach to guest relations.
**Contract**:
- 12-month fixed-term contract, with the aim of permanent employment after successful completion.
