Audience Business Consultant
- Media Digital

We are keen to recruit an Audience Business Consultant, who will work within the Media Digital team in charge of online audience measurement.

The Role

The person will have two major accountabilities:

- be the bridge between local clients’ need and development of adapting researches’ methodologies and data platforms at international

Main Responsibilities
- Manage clients’ expectations and contributes to the achievement of satisfaction and renewal targets
- Perform deep analysis and interpretation of data to provide valuable insights to clients’ queries
- Develop and deliver and ad hoc presentations, in line with the clients’ requests and needs
- In person and remote Client’s training upon data platforms and User Interfaces
- Be in charge of monthly production process input
- Work with Data Science, Product Leadership and Operation Team to ensure daily activity of data delivery
- Coordinate both internal and client operation team for the measurement activities

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of client service experience
- Understanding of Media industry, Communication and Advertising with a preferred focus on digital
- Ability to analyse and interpret data in a challenging and insightful manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Organized and structured and team player
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
