**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Internal and external coordination
- Optimize second-level tasks
- Manage Front Office for French/ English market
- Use GDS schedule changes
- Administrate Pre-travel claims
Qualifications**
Essential**
- Have a high knowledge of GDS (Sabre and/or Amadeus), clear handling of reservations, changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissues
- Experience in travel agencies
- Availability from Monday to Sunday and holidays (rotating shifts)
- Good English knowledge
**Desirable**
- Communication skills and taste for customer management
- Verbal fluency and ability to argue
- Constancy and ability to work - Resolutive capacity
- Command of computer tools. - Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude
**Abilities/Qualities**
- Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
- Proactive team player
- Self-motivated, tenacious, use initiative and problem solver
- Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
- Strong communicator internal/external
