The resource is responsible for the overall planning and oversight of system integration projects in Life Sciences technologies domain.
The purpose of the job is to ensure that the project results meet the company and client requirements in terms of timelines, costs, and quality standards.

He or she will be the primary contact for clients, internal project team and project consultants.

**Principal responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Development:

- Define the project strategy and team according with the contract specifications.
- Create and maintain project documentation such as project and communication plans, risk plans and status updates according to Company’s processes and tools.

Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines:

- Manage project progress and adapt work as required, ensuring projects milestones and deadlines.
- Review relevant project documentation.

Lead the team:

- Lead complex project teams (both internal resources and external consultants).
- Liaise and communicate with clients and team members in a timely and clear manner, granting the awareness about project expectations, status, deadlines, criticalities.
- Liaise with Unit Managers managing resources, optimising and improving processes, managing risks and issues.
- Interact with other stakeholders such as finance, business development, executive management, and quality assurance.

Project budget management:

- Oversee the project budget, granting that expected revenues and profitability are met.
- Prepare and discuss change orders with clients.

Evaluate Project Performance:

- Assess client satisfaction within completed projects and ensure Arithmos KPIs are met.
- Measure and monitor resources performances and project profitability.

**Soft / General / Technical Competencies required**:

- Good Knowledge of Life Sciences and GxP environment
- Good Knowledge of Computer System Validation processes
- Good Knowledge of Project Management techniques and tools
- Knowledge of norm ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 9001
- Knowledge of IT process and business analysis techniques
- Knowledge of risk management
- Effective stress management techniques
- Team player

**Professional Background and Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager in a technology environment, preferred in the Life Science area.
