As a Technical and Process Safety Lead Manager you will be responsible for:

- Managing the Technical Safety strategy and coordinate the preparation and review of associated deliverables for the Business Unit’s new investments/projects and changes
- Leading and coordinating safety workshops (including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA) with responsibility for workshop preparation and for documenting findings and actions
- Leading, coordinating and preparing Risk Assessments for new investment and existing facilities (including Safety Case, Bow-Tie and Heat Map analysis)
- Evaluating risk reducing measures according to the ALARP principle, including cost benefit analysis
- Leading, coordinating and preparing Health and Safety reports as well as other related input to Permitting processes with the authorities for new investments and existing facilities
- Coordinating suppliers and EPCM firms through the review of technical safety documentation
- Managing the Process Safety strategy and coordinating the preparation and review of associated deliverables for the relevant Business Unit, including new projects and existing testing facilities
- Leading Technical and Process Safety related incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Interfacing with company technical departments on technical and product safety implication of new products and new technology development
- Preparing and delivering technical and process safety training and support the development of technical and process safety culture
- Managing the strategy and execute on occupational H&S requirements for companies technical departments

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering Field or equivalent
- Have significant experience in Technical and Process Safety studies of large scale facilities and new technology development
- Have god communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customer
- Display innovative and analytical thinking
- Have intellectual rigor, strong drive, and desire to lead change
- Show initiative, drive and self-motivation skills
- Be fluent in English and Italian Languages
