As a Warehouse Operator for the Logistics Department, you will be a key member of our logistics team. Your main responsibilities will include to support the development, planning, and execution of the company’s logistics programs and policies, ensuring efficiency and compliance with current regulations.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Support the logistics team in defining, improving, simplifying, and communicating company requirements and expectations
- Collaborate in the implementation and updating of logistics programs and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assist in managing compliance monitoring programs and record-keeping systems
- Contribute to identifying alternative solutions for operational problem-solving
- Ensure logistics operations comply with transport regulations, waste management, hazardous materials handling, and health & safety standards

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- High school diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively
- Fluent in Italian and basic knowledge of English
- Valid work permit (where required by local regulations)
- Forklift license
- Fluent Italian and good level of English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
