Job Summary:
Efficiently organize the department resources to ensure the operation of the Spa respecting hotel policy and procedures in order to deliver an exceptional guests experience.

Supervise, implement and safeguard the overall wellness services, philosophy, concepts and programs promise from Brochure

What will you be doing?
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa and treatment rooms.
- Supervise, coordinate and participate in all the procedures related to services and training
- Coordinate the Spa staff training ,shift and competencies ( therapist / receptionist/ attendant)
- Fill in documents / controls / reports for duty (stocks, daily logbook if any, lost & found, guest comments).
- Check and set up daily operations of the Spa
- Analyze daily reservation, treatments offered and relative costs, programs, activities and customers comments.
- Create action plans to keep or improve the service results.
- Create and develop internal and external promotional programs to promote and sell the Spa treatments and services.
- Supervise and participate in the management processes development and spa procedures in coordination with the departments of the hotel.
- Perform daily assessments of the quality parameters in terms of services and treatments.
- Pay attention to customer needs, requests and complaints about service and personal contact. Always foregrounding the health and safety of the client.
- Create and follow the quality procedures of the department.
- Guarantee a good communication line and transmission of information.
- Review and file the different reports, in order to establish corrective actions or suggestions.
- Participate in meetings of the executive committee
- Always motivate the Spa staff in the correct and professional job tasks performance.
- Promote and maintain a healthy and dynamic work environment for all members of the department, through a clear and continuous communication.
- Direct contact clients of the spa following guests’ suggestions and feedback to improve the service.
- Maintain communication and contact with various stakeholders (service and products providers, Spa trainers...)
