We are looking for an Advisor that will take an active part in building the region as an integral part of our business in Europe.

**Key responsibilities and tasks**
In this role you will report to the General Manager of the South region and you will work closely with different international HR colleagues throughout Europe.
Your daily contacts will be with members of the management team. But also retail managers, store manager and employees.
As we have ambitious growth plans for our regions, you will play a crucial and active role in the recruitment process; advertisement, selection, interviewing, hiring and onboarding in our great ECCO world.
The basis needs to be in order and you will have full responsibility over the HR administration and to prepare all the necessary documents and files to support payroll.
**Your profile**
- You have 4-6 years of relevant working experience in a HR work environment
- You are based in Italy and speak Italian and preferably also one other language of the region
- Previous experience in a commercial and retail environment is a pre
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of working
- Up-to-date knowlegde of South European labour law is essential
- People
- and service oriented and strong analytical skills;
- Able to have a helicopter view and to coordinate the different competences of the HR Administration towards common goals;
- Dynamic, excellent communication skills and a real team spirit;
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Possession of Italian/European working entitlements is required.
