GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies. Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms. Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people.
Treasury & Billing has a crucial role in ensuring the GOSP revenues' process across the worldwide distributed 100+ customers.
Its main responsibilities are:
- provide a prompt and accurate input to Accounting in order to invoice the customers for the relevant services and projects
- elaborate the detailed report of billed services and projects, provided to the customers with the invoices
- ensure collection of invoiced amounts, facilitating customers's payments and supporting their understanding of invoices
- plan and monitor the cash flow
The job includes the performance of the following activities:
- elaborate budget and forecasts to compose the quarterly billing of subscription services
- analyze the service consumption and the progress of projects to compose the monthly billing of consumption services
- gather and check the projects' information (eg timesheet, milestones) to define the correct bill
- Implement and maintain Billing model, tools and process
- forecast customer projects' revenues for Financial Reporting
- daily supervise Treasury operations performed by servicers and outsourcers in Italy and abroad
- support Treasury and Debt governance in liquidity optimization, risk mitigation and controls
- Implement and maintain Treasury model, tools and process
**Requirements**:
- Graduation in Economics, Management, Engeneering or Physics/Mathematics/Statistics
- Good knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting principles and practices
- Multi-years (3+) experience in Treasury and Billing activities
