**Purpose of the job**

We are looking for a Compliance Trainee to be part of HHLA PLT Italy Team.

**Responsabilities**:
The Compliance Trainee will support in the following activities:

- Collaborate to the monitoring and general implementation of organisational model “231”, by collaborating with all department and external OdV, under the supervision of the Compliance Officer
- Support the implementation of Privacy management model
- Support the company projects in relation to compliance topics, and propose improvement actions
- Keep the documentation updated
- Actively participate in internal audits and reviews of compliance controls, also in collaboration with headquarters Compliance team
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Law Student
- Knowledge of compliance legislative framework, employment laws, model “231” and privacy laws
- Legal analytical skills
- Orientation to compliant solutions
- Orientation to detail and precision
- Good communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- Valid EU work permit
- Willing to relocate to Trieste at short notice
